We have 2 fantastic opportunities for proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Advisors within Marston’s PLC on a 6-month fixed term basis. Working alongside our Drinks-Led Pub Operations team as a trusted Recruitment expert, this role will support end-to-end recruitment and candidate attraction for our Managed Pubs and Self-Employed Pub-Business Opportunities.
This Recruitment Advisor role is key in supporting the development and delivery of our Resourcing and Attraction plan and processes across our pubs, bars and inns. You will be responsible for attracting and recruiting the best talent, to make Marston’s an employer and partner of choice by providing guidance, support and insight to the stakeholders you will partner with.
You’ll work closely with the Operations Managers and HRBP’s within your area of responsibility, ensuring that the Resourcing plan is aligned to the wider company strategy and business needs.
