We have 2 fantastic opportunities for proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Advisors within Marston’s PLC on a 6-month fixed term basis. Working alongside our Drinks-Led Pub Operations team as a trusted Recruitment expert, this role will support end-to-end recruitment and candidate attraction for our Managed Pubs and Self-Employed Pub-Business Opportunities.

This Recruitment Advisor role is key in supporting the development and delivery of our Resourcing and Attraction plan and processes across our pubs, bars and inns. You will be responsible for attracting and recruiting the best talent, to make Marston’s an employer and partner of choice by providing guidance, support and insight to the stakeholders you will partner with.

You’ll work closely with the Operations Managers and HRBP’s within your area of responsibility, ensuring that the Resourcing plan is aligned to the wider company strategy and business needs.


 Core Responsibilities:

  • Owning the recruitment processes and candidate experience across your division
  • Partner with the Operations and HRBP teams to identify, source and recruit the best people whilst driving our culture, vision and values.
  • Use data insight to inform decisions and influence key stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the business to deliver projects aligned to our People strategy
  • Network both internally and in the wider marketplace to build a strong presence
  • Monitor and report on key Resourcing KPIs for the business area you are responsible for

Must Have:

  • Ideally, you’ll have experience in a high volume, Internal Resourcing role within a customer-facing business
  • A proven track record of delivering growth in your area of responsibility, in line with our mission to be a market-leader
  • Experience of partnering with stakeholders at all levels to ensure an industry-leading, inclusive and fair recruitment process
  • Excellent understanding of Talent Acquisition and Resourcing methodologies and Best Practices
  • Familiarity with ATS Systems and Social Media
  • Must have excellent organisation skills and a self-starting positive attitude
  • Passionate, reliable, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret information and share key findings and convert these into meaningful recommendations for the business
  • Full UK driving license and access to a fully insured vehicle, as travel will be required
