General Manager Designate
Marston's are currently recruiting for a General Manager Designate in Kent and the South East. This is a fantastic opportunity for a flexible General Manager to gain insight into our stunning Signature businesses. This role will require flexible working and will involve travel around the South East region as required. We are looking for an experienced operator with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a track record of driving sales and reputation.

2021 saw a change of CEO, following the partial sale of our Brewery in 2020. By selling a stake in the brewery business, a new joint venture was created, Carlsberg Marston’s.
