Head Chef - Twa Dogs, Keswick
£10 - £12 per hour
Great food keeps our guests coming back time and time again. And it’s our Head Chefs that inspire the team to give it their all in the kitchen.
We are due to launch our New Menu in April and this is a fantastic opportunity for an existing second or Line Chef to make the next step up!
A motivator. A leader, and a collaborator, who can work with the General Manager to make a great place to work and truly special place to visit for every customer we serve.
What we need from you:
- Ready to step up from Second Chef / Sous Chef position or an Experienced Heaf Chef or Kitchen Manager
- A motivational team-leader who can make sure our food and hygiene standards are consistently high
- Clear communication with your team
- Ability to work collaboratively with the General Manager to ensure success of the business
- A positive attitude and ability to create a buzz in your kitchen to keep your team motivated
- A desire to develop and retain their kitchen team
